Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuum-mop combinations can be customized using an application that allows you to save the maps of your home, set cleaning schedules and select mopping modes. You can also alter the suction power and fine tune the amount of water and scrub action your mop makes use of.

A mapping feature aids your robot navigate around rooms, while an obstacle avoidance feature prevents it from running into wires, furniture, or even stray pet toys. These features are crucial for my home that is filled with toys.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the company’s flagship vacuum and mop, is loaded with features. It’s able to sweep and mop in one session and even raise its brushes and mop pads to prevent soft surfaces from becoming too wet. It also has the ability to see and avoid obstacles, with the ability to recognize pet toys, plants and other small objects.

The robot vacuum has a maximum suction power of 6,000 pascals, which is higher than any other robot vac we’ve tested to date. It is also equipped with PreciSense LiDAR Navigation that tracks its position, which prevents it from getting stuck on a surface.

The mopping function is impressive and the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply a constant pressure of more than 6 Newtons to the mop pad, resulting in deep cleaning. It also comes with mop lifter technology that will lift the pad automatically as it transitions between tile and laminate hardwood, carpet or rugs, to avoid soaking soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing, and self-drying features. The pad can be cleaned and heat-dried within the dock and the dust bin is automatically empty and returned to it. You can set it and forget about it. It is only necessary to refill the water tank, or change the dust bag every now and then.

All of this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its standard mop- and vac-settings for about 160 minutes before it began to lose power, and then returned to its base to recharge. This isn’t too far from the 180 minutes that Roborock claims and is on par other hybrids I’ve tested.

It’s a comprehensive, reliable product. The only downside is that it’s costly. The sheer amount of features make it an appealing choice for anyone looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. We would highly recommend this vacuum for those who can afford its price.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is an expensive combination. The price is justified by the powerful features, including a large vacuuming capacity and two mop heads that gyrate. It also comes with an app-based controller that is smart and a powerful obstacle avoidance system.

The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 Euros which is one of the most powerful robotic vacuums and mop combos on the market. In my tests, it performed very well throughout the entire home. It was able to remove 98.4% debris on any type of floor and managed to lift long hair without tangling. The mops also performed admirably with excellent cleaning results with less effort than many mid-range models. This was due to their rotational motion and a strong dose cleaning solution.

The L10S Ultra’s real selling point is its advanced multi-functional docking station. The dock empties its dustbin into dirt bag, then refills its water tank for the mopping function and even dry the mop pads for you. It features a real-time risk detection system, and its sophisticated controls let you schedule periodic cleaning sessions.

In contrast to the other hybrid vacuum mops I’ve tested The L10S Ultra doesn’t offer advanced debris pickup performance on carpets. Additionally the mops aren’t capable at scrubbing away tough stains like those in the top Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra’s many top-of-the-line features, it requires regular maintenance and care. To prevent mildew or unpleasant smells, the base station dustbag, water, and tanks need to be cleaned, emptied and dried regularly. It is also important to remember that the mop pads, that are bought separately, are required to be replaced on a regular basis too.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the funds. For those who are on a tighter budget, I would suggest an easier model that allows you to save money while enjoying the convenience of hands-free cleaning at your home. Even even if the L10S Ultra was the best robot mop and vacuum you could purchase, its high cost and frequent maintenance would make it more an item to have than one that you actually need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop that you need to clean up messes and remove dirt from your floors. This high-powered mop and robovac combo packs an impressive suction force of 8,000 Pa and a huge battery capacity to power both mowing and vacuuming and top-quality obstacle-avoiding. It comes with a roller-mop that is self-cleaning which makes it stand out from other models which require you to return to the base station to wash the mop pad.

The S1 Pro has a unique mopping system that is distinct from the spinning discs and microfibre pads found in other robots. The roller is almost the entire width of the robot, and it gets a constant supply of fresh water that is filtered and ozonated from the dock. When it turns the roller, it scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt, and any dry debris is removed by the side brushes or swept into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro then dumps the dirty mop water into its base station, which is then sucked up by the tank’s heating elements, and is poured into a larger storage bin. The tank onboard holds a decent amount of water and can handle a half dozen mopping sessions before running dry.

As with most robot vacuums and mop combinations The S1 Pro is ready to come out of the box. It must be filled with clean water, but this is a simple task within the cleaning dock. You can also add a cleaning solution to the dock if you prefer to have the option of using your own brand of cleaner. If you decide to use this feature, however, you will be required to purchase the Eufy brand cleaning solution, which is more costly than other robot brands allowing you to choose your preferred brand of cleaning products.

As with most robots that are available, the S1 Pro did well in navigation efficiency and coverage evaluations. It was fast to map a room, and it was able to navigate through furniture. The only issue is that it got stuck a couple times on carpets with longer piles and rugs in my tests however this can be fixed when the software is updated. The S1 Pro is a very robust robot that is available at affordable prices.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock’s entry-level mop and vacuum cleaner however it has several impressive features. The multi-function dock emptys the robot’s dirtbag, and refills its water tanks, as well as washing and sanitizing the mop pads as it goes. The mopping system is capable of cleaning up a significant portion of an area before returning to its dock, and the vacuum’s extreme suction does a nice job of removing dirt and pet hair from carpets.

The app that runs this appliance is complex, with a broad choice of options for customizing the cleaning process. You can choose to manually start an entire map and clean of everything mapped by the device, or you can pick individual rooms, expandable zones or even a routine that you’ve created. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It makes use of the sensors on the mop to map the space and determine the most efficient way to clean it.

Like all the Roborock models we’ve examined, the Qrevo does well in our tests. Its navigation system performs well in locating rooms quickly and cleaning in an organized manner. Its “Normal” pathing option covers a room well, without any major gaps or missing areas. Reactive Tech’s hazard avoidance function works well, however it is not as advanced as the color camera systems found on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It is able to detect dangers like thick carpets but might not be able to recognize smaller items such as electrical wires and rug tassels.

This machine has one major problem: it doesn’t include a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for those who regularly vacuum before using their robot. There’s a simple solution: The app offers an option that lets you “clean up”, at the end of each session. The vacuum’s mopping functions to remove the last traces and dust that remained after vacuuming. This is a great feature that helps this robot clean a little better than its less expensive competitors.
